Dawn to Dusk is a small travel consultancy run by people who have actually made the trips. We plan your itinerary end to end, make your credit cards pay for as much of it as possible, and stay on the line until the day you land back home.

Most trips fall apart in the gaps between services: the agent who booked the flight, the bank that issued the card, the concierge who has never heard of you. We close the gaps.
Itinerary, visas, stays, flights. One plan, one person accountable for the whole of it.
Which card to use for what, decided before the first booking. And a plan for the points you're already sitting on.
Most agencies clock out when you board. We stay on from the first call until the day you land back home.

A trip with us runs like a single long day. Here's the shape of it.
Where, when, who's going, how you like to travel, and what you'd rather never do again.
A first full pass within a few days. Then we edit it together until it feels like yours.
Before anything is booked: which card pays for what, and which points get spent where.
Booked in the right order, documented, and collected in one shared folder you can open offline.
One message and we're on it. Delays, swaps, a rainy-day plan B, a table for tonight.
A short debrief, a check that every point posted, and a seed or two for the next one.

There are two halves to this: earning well on money you were going to spend anyway, and spending well the points you already have. We do both, and we do them before the first booking, because the order matters.
We don't need you to hold any particular card. Tell us what's in your wallet and what's in your accounts, and we'll work with that.

Every place on this list, we've done the airport, the visa queue, the check-in desk and the wrong turn ourselves. The clocks are live. Somewhere on this list, it's always the right time to go.

The layover city that deserves more than a layover. Also where a lot of good points redemptions route through.
Rail passes, Christmas markets, and Schengen paperwork done in the right order.
Long, generous, and best taken slowly, north to south. Don't rush it in a week.
Island-hopping needs buffer days for weather and ferries. We build them in.
Hotels here are where a points redemption earns its keep. Pay cash for the food instead.
The underrated one. Street food, rainforest, easy logistics, and gentle on the budget.
Trains beat cars. Book the big museums before you fly, not from the queue outside.
Late dinners and fast regional trains. Pace it like a local and it opens right up.
Expensive and worth it. This is exactly where a good points strategy pays for itself.
Mountains half an hour from the city, and almost nobody you know has been yet. Go before everyone does.
The easiest first trip abroad there is, and still worth a fifth one. Skip the obvious islands at least once.
Small enough to see properly in five days. Lake Bled is the postcard; the Soča valley is the reason to stay longer.
Book the coast early and go in May or October. The old towns are far quieter and kinder on the budget.
The Adriatic without the crowds. Rent a car; the buses don't go where the views are.

Either. Some people want a plan they can book themselves; others want us to handle every booking, on their own cards so the points land in their accounts. You choose at the start, and you can change your mind.
A flat fee per trip, quoted after the first conversation and based on how long and how involved the trip is. It doesn't move with how much you spend, so we have no reason to push you toward the pricier hotel.
Any major bank card and any airline or hotel programme. You don't need a specific card to work with us. Tell us what you already hold and we'll start from there, and we'll tell you honestly if a new card is worth it for this trip.
A direct message line with us while you're away. A flight moves, a hotel isn't right, it's raining on the day you planned the hike. You message, we sort it, you get on with your holiday.
No. Those are the ones we've walked ourselves and can speak about first-hand. We plan trips anywhere, and if it's somewhere we haven't been, we'll say so and do the homework properly.
